WHAT TIME ZONE ARE YOU IN?

We're on East Coast time (NYC time).

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We're open Monday through Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

DO YOU SHIP? WHAT'S THE TURNAROUND TIME?

Yes, we ship Monday through Saturday. All orders are shipped the day after payment is received

and the order is placed.

WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER MINIMUMS?

- Exotics: 1 ounce minimum

- Work Packs: QP (quarter pound) minimum

CAN I MIX STRAINS AND STILL GET BULK PRICING?

Yes, you can.

- For Work Packs: pricing is based on QP increments per flavor (e.g., 2 flavors = HP price, 4 flavors = P price)

- For Exotics: pricing is based on OZ increments per flavor (e.g., 4 flavors = QP price, 16 flavors = P price)

WHAT'S THE MINIMUM FOR DELIVERY?

- In-town: OZ minimum for Exotics, QP minimum for Work Packs

- Out-of-town: 1 unit minimum
